with multi-factor security to your account balances, loan information,
transfers, and check clearings. Stay in touch with your money,
all day, every day!

Before you get started, read the following key points . To
sign up for Online Account Access, you will need to have a FirstCU
Online Request and Agreement on file to receive a password.
If you have this already, simply click on the FirstCU Online
button above to register your account. If you have not
filled out the agreement or are not sure, you can do this at any
branch or call 614/836-0100 and a Member Service Representative
will be glad to assist you.
Quick Tip: To register, the
first time that you log into FirstCU Online, you will be prompted
for a Username. You may enter your account number as the Username
for your first sign on OR select "No
Username? Click Here" under the Username box to proceed.
This will take you to the Username Registration screen - here
you will provide the information requested.
After registration of your Username, you will be prompted on the
next screen to select an Image and a PassPhrase. Your PassPhrase
is different than your Password. It will appear with your image
when you sign-in to identify you are at our official web site.
Quick Tip:
For multi-factor security, you will use your Username to
access FirstCU Online each time after your initial visit along
with your Password, so select a name and password
that you will easily remember. Your Image and PassPhrase will
appear with each sign-on to confirm that you are at the official
First Service web site. Once you recognize your Image and PassPhrase,
you are safe to enter your Password. Your Password and your Username
identify you to us.
Multi-Factor Security:
Every time that you revisit FirstCU Online to access your account,
your personal Image and PassPhrase should be displayed. If you
do not see the Image and PassPhrase that you selected, Do Not
enter your Password. Instead, contact us for assistance at 614/836-0100.

to access your balances and make transfers with First Service
Mobile Banking. Whether you are standing in the checkout lane,
traveling, or verifying your pay deposit, your First Service accounts
are available at any time. . . day or night . . . on most text-compatible
phones.
FirstCU Mobile is now licensed by First Service and
upgraded to give you text banking. The new FirstCU Mobile
app is available free in the Apple App Store and Android Marketplace.
Important News:
If you are currently signed
up for Mobile Banking at First Service, you will need to re-register
your account and phone with the FirstCU Mobile app
as a "New User". The previous application is expected
to expire the end of February 2012.

receive a text Message (1) requesting you reply with your activation
code and then Message (2) that will include an activation
link for the FirstCU Mobile app. Once you go to the link

app is free.

What functions can I perform with First Service
Mobile?
Text Banking allows you to view account balances and recent
activity. You can also transfer funds between your accounts at
the credit union. Mobile browser and downloadable applications
allow you to view account balances, search recent activity, and
transfer funds between your accounts. In addition, a locator function
means you can find CO-OP Network ATMs and Shared Branch locations.

Opt In To Cover You In The Event
of a Checking Overdraft.
First Line of Protection.
First Service provides FirstReserve and
Share Savings Account transfers as
your first protection against overdrafts to save you the
cost of overdraft fees. There is no transfer fee from your FirstReserve
Personal Credit Line and only $3 per item from your Share Savings
Account. FirstReserve and Share Savings are your first and most
economical lines of defense against overdraft. When these funds
are not available, your next defense against overdraft is Overdraft
Privilege Pay.
We Have You Covered. Sometimes
details fall through the cracks. It happens in life. When such an
oversight involves your money, though, it can be a costly mistake
leading to bounced checks with merchant fees or overdraft fees at
other banking institutions.
Be pro-active and consider your
backup line of defense - Overdraft Privilege Pay.
Opt In For Overdraft Privilege Pay Protection
Available upon approval to members 18 and older after their
checking account has been open for more than 60 days and remains
in good standing
With your Opt In, we allow overdrafts of up to a maximum
of $600 depending on your approved tolerance, including a $30 fee
per item
You must Opt In for this protection by calling (614)
836-0100 or visiting a Member Service Representative at one of our
branches
Should You Opt In?
Overdraft Privilege Pay protection can provide access to funds
for emergency situations, up to your approved level of tolerance,
and avoid additional merchant fees. When you Opt In for
Overdraft Privilege Pay, you pay nothing to maintain the privilege
of overdraft protection. You are charged $30 per item (up to 5
items per day) when your Overdraft Privilege Pay is used to provide
coverage for transactions that exceed your current checking account
balance.
To Opt In Now.
To authorize Overdraft Privilege Pay protection for your account,
simply call us at 614-836-0100, it's that easy. Or, click
on the Overdraft Privilege Pay Protection Form
in the quick forms drop down on the top of this page, print, fill
in the information and mail to First Service Federal Credit Union,
100 Main Street, Groveport, Ohio 43125 or fax to (614) 836-4578.
For online convenience, you can also Opt In through
FirstCU Online at the "Other Options" tab.
With this approval, your back up line of defense
will kick in and authorize your debit card and ATM requests up
to your pre-established overdraft limit (ranging from $100 to
$600).
To Opt Out after you Opt In.
If you later decide that Overdraft Privilege
Pay Protection is not a service that you desire, you can easily
Opt Out by phone at (614)836-0100, by fax at (614)836-4578,
by e-mail at support@firstcu.com,
or at any branch office, giving us,
of course, a reasonable time to process your request.
