Q.)
I am having trouble
signing on to FirstCU Online. When I type in my user id and click
login in, it just brings me back to a blank login
page. Why is it doing this?
A.)
This is most likely the result of JAVA Script not
being enabled. Enable JAVA Script in your browser
window, refresh the page, and try again. FirstCU Online now
requires JAVA Script to be enabled.

Q.)
BillPayer - I'm using the BillPayer service from the credit
union and just setup several payees that were not on the
existing list of Payees. These Payees show in my list as
Inactive. How long does it take before they are active and
ready to schedule payments?
A.)
Normally it will take 10 business days for the Payee you
have added to your list of Payees to become active. The
fastest way to access a new payee is to search the list
of Payees already included in the BillPayer service.
These Payees are ready to schedule a payment as soon as
you select them to be added to your list. If the address
looks similar, but is not quite the same, just call the
Payee and ask if you can use electronic payment to the
alternate address. Quite often credit card companys accept
payments sent to any of several (sometimes dozens) of
payment centers.
Q.)
I want to be able to transfer funds between two different
accounts. Is this possible with FirstCU Onilne?
A.)
Yes! Just ask a Member Service Representative to set up
a cross account relationship for you between the two accounts
you want to have tied together. Remember that you must
be a joint owner for this relationship to be setup.
Q.)
Can I use third party financial software to handle my finances?
A.)
Yes! We are linked to both Microsoft Money and Quicken. You can pull data
from FirstCU Online directly to your personal computer.
