UPDATED COMMUNICATION IN REGARD TO THE

COVID-19 “Stay-At-Home” Order

In light of the Office of the Governor for the State of Ohio issuing a Department of Health Director’s Stay-At-Home Order on Sunday, March 22 until April 6th, we would like to take this time to first of all extend wishes to our members that this finds you healthy and to assure you that as an Essential Business, we will continue to serve you without interruption.

Under the Stay-At-Home Order, First Service will maintain regular business hours through this period.  Our branch office lobby operations were temporarily closed on March 18th to reduce risk to our members and staff.  Since that day, we have provided drive-thru services at all of our branch offices during regular business hours and, as an Essential Business under this Order of the Governor,  we will continue to provide this access to you.  The Nationwide Childrens Hospital office will also remain open for employees of the hospital.

We have increased our Member Service Center staffing to handle your telephone contacts and will maintain this line of communication to you during regular business hours at (614) 836-0100 locally and toll free at 1-800-241-4575.

Our online account access, mobile services and a network of free ATMs nationwide make access to your account available from any place at any time for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, account balances and billpay.  Loan applications and loan closings are available to you online at FirstCU.com.  We also welcome person-to-person appointments for special situations by contacting our Member Service Center at the number below.
